Ambassador of clay

In the past few years I have been going through a powerful personal transformation. At the core of it was clay. Every time I reached out for it, it was there. It accompanied me on countless journeys within. Through my own process of healing and transformation, a deeper desire emerged - to create a safe and welcoming space where others could experience the same magic and the transformative power of clay.

These days I stand at a line that feels terrifying and exhilarating - building my life’s work around the healing power of clay. My intention is simple: to help people reconnect with themselves through clay, and to make this work accessible to as many as I can, online and in-person. Lately, I have been creating Imperfections by Plam as a part of my personal practice with clay, while individual and group Conversations with clay is what I offer to the world.

Conversations with clay

In the past few years, I have organised many Conversations with clay, both in London, UK and in Bulgaria. I have facilitated conversations with groups of women in commercial event spaces, migrant women having fled wars, orphaned children, women who have breast cancer, women who have survived domestic violence, as well as a team building activity for a corporation, among others. I feel honoured to have witnessed the Clay conversations journeys to wellbeing of a few hundred people. Many have left my workshops feeling energised, glowing and grateful for the experience. Others have had the opportunity to connect with painful experiences and work through them.

Seeing how the Clay conversations workshops support people’s wellbeing has inspired me to launch regular individual and group sessions in London. I am also continuing my education to become a clay therapist, and work with clay on an even deeper, more impactful level.

In April 2026 I will be presenting a summary of my work at the '“Connecting and Connected with clay” conference in Cambridge, UK.
